  • Which collection do the products sold on the ASITA SAHABI Store belong to?
    • The clothing and accessories featured on the ASITA SAHABI Store belong to separate collections. In the section ONLINE BOUTIQUE – SHOP BY COLLECTIONS you can find items belonging to a specific collection of the current Spring / Summer or Fall / Winter season.
  • How can I pay?
    • You can pay by credit card or PayPal card in a secure, quick and easy way.
  • DELIVERY
  • How much are the delivery charges?
    • The delivery charges depend on the country of destination and are indicated on the cart when clicking on Checkout / Pay. For instance, within the European Union the delivery fees range from 20 to 35 EUR, and for the USA the charges differ between 35 and 45 USD according to the size and weight of the parcel.
  • After having placed the order, how long will I have to wait to receive my items?
    • If you have selected Standard delivery, the parcel will be delivered approximately in 48 hours within Switzerland and for the EU, U.S.A. and Canada the average shipping time is approximately 3 – 7 work days after courier collection from our warehouses. For islands and some areas in the south of Italy, an additional day is always required for delivery. ASITA SAHABI will communicate the tracking number oft the shipment to the buyer with the link to the website of the carrier.
  • On which days do you deliver and which courier do you use?
    • Deliveries are made daily from Monday to Friday. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning. The courier charged with making deliveries is DIE SCHWEIZERISCHE POST AG.
  • Do you deliver worldwide?
    • Our Online Store delivers to Switzerland, all EU member states, the U.S.A., Canada, Russia, U.A.E. and South Africa.
  • How can I receive confirmation of my order?
    • The order confirmation from the company will be sent by email to the email address listed in your profile. When you receive the email confirming that the payment has gone through successfully, the goods selected in the cart are confirmed.
  • How can I find out the tracking number for my order?
    • Once logged in, in the “MY PROFILE” section you can see the progress of your order at the warehouse. When the goods have been shipped you can track the parcel.
  • When making the delivery, does the courier contact the recipient to make an appointment?
    • Normally, this does not happen on the first delivery attempt. In the event that the first delivery attempt does not succeed due to no one available to take receipt at the preselected destination, it is likely that the courier will make contact before attempting to re-deliver.
  • RETURNS, ORDER CANCELLATIONS
  • How can I cancel my order if I no longer wish to receive it?
    • It is possible to cancel your order within 4 hours of submission by sending an email using the Online Form in the “Customer Service” section at the bottom oft he page or “CONTACT – write us” section in the main menu, indicating the order number and reason for cancelling. For orders paid by credit card, the time required for refunding the amount is subject to banking schedules. Such amounts will not be handled by the company but made available by the bank after the processing time. In the case that the order is refused on delivery, when it is returned to the company the total amount excluding delivery costs will be refunded. In this case that we we need your banking details including the IBAN and BIC or Paypal account information (email). The processing time for us is 3 – 5 work days plus the transaction time of the bank.
  • What happens if I’m out and my order is sent back to ASITA SAHABI?
    • In the case that the order is returned, we will be forced to cancel your order and deduct the delivery costs from the amount credited. In this case that we we need your banking details including the IBAN and BIC or Paypal account information (email). You can send us the message using the Online Form in the “Customer Service” section at the bottom oft he page or “CONTACT – write us” section in the main menu. The processing time for us is 3 – 5 work days plus the transaction time of the bank.
  • How can I return my order and are there costs involved?
    • To return goods, it is necessary to ensure that the general conditions of sale are observed. You may request a return within 10 working days of receipt of the order by sending us the undamaged and original packed goods back on your own cost.
  • Can I exchange goods for a different item to the one ordered?
    • Exchanges without additional costs other than for the shipping fees of the resending are only possible once for different sizes and/or colours of the same article. If you choose another article, we will charge or refund you the difference in cost plus charge you the second shipping costs. You will have to pay by these costs by bank transfer or by Paypal to info@asitasahabi.com. In the case that we have to return you costs, we need your banking details including the IBAN and BIC or Paypal account information (email).   • How do vouchers work?
    • When you get a voucher, it can be settled using one of the payment methods used in the payment phase of the CHECK OUT / PAY process. Enter the code and the value of the voucher will be deducted to the total billing amount. In the case that the value of the voucher succeeds the amount of the purchased items, you will receive a new voucher with the remaining value. In the event that a purchase made using a voucher needs to be returned, the reimbursement will take the same form as the purchase and therefore part will be credited in the form of a voucher of the same amount and the potential rest will be refunded to you. In this case we need your banking details including the IBAN and BIC or PayPal account information (email).
