DELIVERIES

  • DELIVERY CHARGES
  • The delivery charges depend on the country of destination and are indicated on the cart when clicking on Checkout / Pay. For instance, within the European Union the delivery fees range from 20 to 35 EUR, and for the USA the charges differ between 35 and 45 USD according to the size and weight of the parcel.
  • Shipment fees are displayed at the checkout process and depending on weight and on destinations. They are due together with the purchased goods.
  • CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
  • The carrier is in charge of the processing of the customs clearance including the documentation. The customs fees imposed by the customs of the importing country outside of Switzerland will be invoiced directly to the receiver.
  • CARRIER
  • Shipments are carried out by Swiss Post or other approved carriers. We also accept the byers’ carrier or special instructions by receiving the byers’ carrier account nr.
  • DELIVERY PERIOD
  • If you have selected Standard delivery, the parcel will be delivered approximately in 48 hours within Switzerland and for the EU, USA and Canada the average shipping time is approximately 3 – 7 work days after courier collection from our warehouses.
  • For islands and some areas in the south of Italy, an additional day is always required for delivery. ASITA SAHABI will communicate the tracking number of the shipment to the buyer with the link to the website of the carrier.
  • DELIVERY DAYS
  • Deliveries are made daily from Monday to Friday. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning. The courier charged with making deliveries is DIE SCHWEIZERISCHE POST AG.
  • CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
  • The order confirmation from the company will be sent by email to the email address listed in your profile. When you receive the email confirming that the payment has gone through successfully, the goods selected in the cart are confirmed.
  • TRACKING NUMBER
  • Once logged in, in the “PROFILE” section you can see the progress of your order at the warehouse. When the goods have been shipped you can track the parcel.
  • DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
  • The ASITA SAHABI Mode design und Verkauf EF will do all efforts in order to keep the indicated delivery period on time. Will this due date be extended by more than two weeks, the order will have the right to contract out the agreement by a notification in written form.
  • In the event that the first delivery attempt does not succeed due to no one available to take receipt at the preselected destination, it is likely that the courier will make contact before attempting to re-deliver.
  • In case that the order does not fulfill the reception of the ordered goods or in case that he transgresses other obligations, the ASITA SAHABI Mode design und Verkauf EF will be charged to demand any kind of financial damage, i.e. additional services.
  • In the case that the order is returned due to an absence of the receiver, we will be forced to cancel the order and deduct the delivery costs from the amount credited. In this case that we need the customer’s banking details including the IBAN and BIC or PayPal account information (email). It is possible to send us the message using the Online Form in the “Customer Service” section at the bottom of the page or „CONTACT – send us a message“ section in the main menu or to write us an email on sales@asitasahabi.com. The processing time for us is 3 – 5 work days plus the transaction time of the bank.
  • DAMAGES IN TRANSIT
  • The risk merges to the client once the undamaged goods have gone over to the carrier and left the storage- even if the ASITA SAHABI Mode design und Verkauf EF has paid the shipping fees. Any kind of complaints have to be pled to the carrier within the carrier’s due periods.
