CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. General Terms
    1. These terms are the base of all shippings and services of the Asita Sahabi Modedesign und Verkauf EF.
    2. Other or further alterations require the explicit agreement of the Asita Sahabi Modedesign und Verkauf EF in written form.
  2. CONTRACT
    1. The confirmed is an obligatory offer. We accept this offer by the sent order.
  3. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES ON ORDERS
    1. Cancellations have to be done in written form (i.e. letter, Fax, E-mail), or – if the orderer is already in possession of the goods, through return of the undamaged goods. The deadline starts at at the day of the confirmation of notice of these conditions.
    2. It is possible to cancel an order within 4 hours of submission by sending an email using the Online Form in the “Customer Service” section at the bottom of the page or „CONTACT – write us“ section in the main menu, indicating the order number and reason for cancelling. For orders paid by credit card, the time required for refunding the amount is subject to banking schedules. Such amounts will not be handled by the company but made available by the bank after the processing time. In the case that the order is refused on delivery, when it is returned to the company the total amount excluding delivery costs will be refunded. In this case that we need the customer’s banking details including the IBAN and BIC or PayPal account information (email). The processing time for us is 3 – 5 work days plus the transaction time of the bank.
    3. It is possible to request a return within 10 working days of receipt of the order by sending us the undamaged and original packed goods back on the customer’s cost. The return has to go to: ASITA SAHABI Modedesign und Verkauf EF, Asita Sahabi, Universitätsstrasse 112, CH – 8006 Zurich, Switzerland.
    4. Exchanges without additional costs other than for the shipping fees of the resending are only possible once for different sizes and/or colours of the same article. If you choose another article, we will charge or refund the difference in cost plus charge the second shipping costs to the customer who will have to pay by these costs by bank transfer or by Paypal. In the case that we have to return costs, we need the customer’s banking details including the IBAN and BIC or Paypal account information (email). It is possible to send us the message using the Online Form in the “Customer Service” section at the bottom of the page or “CONTACT – write us” section in the main menu or an email to sales@asitasahabi.com. The processing time for us is 3- 5 work days plus the transaction time of the bank.
  4. PAYMENT AND VOUCHERS
    1. Invoices of the Asita Sahabi Modedesign und Verkauf EF are due immediately and have to be paid without any kind of deduction.
    2. As long as nothing else has been prearranged, the entire purchasing price and the shipping fees are due after having placed the order via PAYPAL or Credit Cards.
    3. It is possible to use a voucher for a payment by using one of the payment methods used in the payment phase of the check out / Pay“ process. By entering the code and the value of the voucher will be deducted to the total billing amount. In the event that a purchase made using a voucher needs to be returned, the reimbursement will take the same form as the purchase and therefore part will be credited in the form of a voucher of the same amount and the potential rest will be refunded to the customer. In this case we need the customer’s banking details including the IBAN and BIC or Paypal account information (email).   5. SHIPMENT
    1. The ASITA SAHABI Mode design und Verkauf EF will do all efforts in order to keep the indicated delivery period on time. Will this due date be extended by more than two weeks, the order will have the right to contract out the agreement by a notification in written form.
    2. In case that the order does not fulfill the reception of the ordered goods or in case that he transgresses other obligations, the ASITA SAHABI Mode design und Verkauf EF will be charged to demand any kind of financial damage, i.e. additional services.
    3. Shipments are carried out by Swiss Post or other approved carriers. We also accept the byers’ carrier or special instructions by receiving the byers’ carrier account nr.
    4. Shipment fees are displayed at the checkout process and depending on weight and on destinations. They are due together with the purchased goods.
    5. Customs Clearance: The carrier is in charge of the processing of the customs clearance including the documentation. The customs fees imposed by the customs of the importing country invoiced to the receiver.
    6. In the case that the order is returned due to an absence of the receiver, we will be forced to cancel the order and deduct the delivery costs from the amount credited. In this case that we need the customer’s banking details including the IBAN and BIC or PayPal account information (email). It is possible to send us the message using the Online Form in the “Customer Service” section at
      the bottom of the page or „CONTACT – send us a message“ section in the main menu or to write us an email on sales@asitasahabi.com. The processing time for us is 3 – 5 work days plus the transaction time of the bank.
    7. Damages in transit: The risk merges to the client once the undamaged goods have gone over to the carrier and left the storage – even if the ASITA SAHABI Mode design und Verkauf EF has paid the shipping fees. Any kind of complaints have to be pled to the carrier within the carrier’s due periods
  6. GUARANTEE AND CLAIMS
    1. Claims concerning the scope of delivery, defects, false shipments and quantity variations have – as far as they can be proved by reasonable analiyses –be raised immediately, within 5 working days of receiption of the goods
    2. In case of authorized complaints that have been reported through an email to sales@asitasahabi.com with documentation by pictures and that are approved by ASITA SAHABI the buyer has the right to return the goods back to ASITA SAHABI Modedesign & Verkauf EF with indication on the reason and request a refund.
    3. Any further liabilities are barred, including our employees, co-workers or agents.
  7. TITLES
    1. The purchased good remains to the ASITA SAHABI Modedesign und Verkauf EF until the demands based on the contract have been fulfilled by the buyer.
  8. PERSONAL DATA
    1. ASITA SAHABI Modedesign und Verkauf EF is encharged to use and store personal data in order to fulfill the customer relations and to optimize our sale concept.
    2. Detailed information is included in the DATA PRIVACY POLICY on the foot menu – HOW CAN WE HELP YOU which is a part of these conditions.
  9. CHOICE OF LAW, VALIDITY
    1. The invality of certain items doesn’t affect the remaining terms of the contract.
    2. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
