When you get a voucher, it can be settled using one of the payment methods used in the payment phase of the CHECK OUT / PAY process. Enter the code and the value of the voucher will be deducted to the total billing amount. In the case that the value of the voucher succeeds the amount of the purchased items, you will receive a new voucher with the remaining value. In the event that a purchase made using a voucher needs to be returned, the reimbursement will take the same form as the purchase and therefore part will be credited in the form of a voucher of the same amount and the potential rest will be refunded to you. In this case we need your banking details including the IBAN and BIC or PayPal account information (email).
